In an effort to streamline, modernize and standardize the way employees report their activities and financial interests, the University of Florida introduced UFOLIO (UF Online Interest Organizer), a new online activities and interests reporting system, which was launched in the Fall of 2019. UFOLIO replaces paper forms and outdated routing processes to save time and provide a more intuitive platform for disclosures of outside activities and interests. The UFOLIO rollout is still in progress, but the system will be implemented campus-wide by Summer 2020. Faculty in departments and colleges who are not yet onboarded do not yet have access to the UFOLIO system.
